I've been using these to make my own breakouts, for Arduino and Olimexino projects. I've recently started etching my own circuits and these (along with the 6 and 10 pin versions) have helped me produce some very tidy prototypes in much less time than with using protoboard. Highly recommended!

I've been using these for some time. I usually build neat, a permanent strip-board version of a project after building the original on a breadboard. These make the connections very neat and secure. They can be cut down with a junior hack saw to make narrower connections if needed. They are also useful to make safe jumpers on your finished board. They are very easy to solder.
