Designed for ease of use and rapid prototyping, the MOSFET shield has dual channels for the widest possible use.

• Microchip TC1427 1.2A dual channel high- speed driver IC.
• Uses standard T0220 sized MOSFETS.
• Supplied with 52A 55V IRL13705N fullpak MOSFETS.
• Has industry standard sized 25mm high dual heatsinks (taller and shorter ones are easily found in RS/farnell/digikey etc)
• Dual LED indicators.
• Reset switch.
• Can use the 1.2A driver IC on it's own if required.
• Standard screw terminals for source voltage and ouput 1 & output 2.
• Supplied as a semi kit (heatsinks/fets & screw termnails not soldered, all surface mounts and driver IC are) as this gives you the greatest flexiblilty in how you wish to implement the shield and or change the MOSFETS or heatsinks for higher/lower power parts.
