    Barometric Pressure Sensor - BMP085 Breakout(New)
     

    This breakout board for the Bosch BMP085 high-precision, low-power barometric pressure sensor, brings out all the pins to breadboard friendly 0.1" pitch header. The BMP085 offers a measuring range of 300 to 1100 hPa with an accuracy down to 0.03 hPa in ultra-high resolution mode.

      This breakout board is very easy to get working with the Arduino and I intend to displaying the value on an LED display (Adafruit 7 seg LED backpack).

      The Bildr code is a bit more useful than the other sketch given but this still works.

      You may also want to add some more averaging into the code as the reading bobs up and down. Or change the chip sample rate which also reduces power consumption. (I haven't tried either yet.)
