If purchasing an in-stock item we will NORMALLY ship the same day if ordered before 3.30pm on a weekday.
Please note, if you are shopping using a mobile phone, then the stock availabilty may not always be shown. If in doubt, there is a button in the mobile store template at the very bottom of the page called "standard view". Switching to this view will enable stock availabilty to be shown for each item. Alternatively, Please also feel free to call us to discuss live stock levels.
By far the quickest and most reliable cost effective shipping option is Next Day DPD courier. With this service if you provide a mobile telephone number or an email address you will be notified of your expected 1 hour delivery window. If this time is not convenient then you can change your delivery time or date using the link provided by DPD. Please note some postcodes may incur a slightly longer delivery time. Please note that this service is not guaranteed. If you require guaranteed Next Day delivery then please choose DPD Before Noon or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Royal Mail will deliver on a Saturday as part of the normal service. This isnt guaranteed and is standard first class mail.
the DPD next day service is Next Working Day, ie Monday to Friday. If we ship a parcel by this method on a friday it will not be delivered until the following monday. We offer a DPD saturday service at checkout if you need your parts to be Courier delivered at the weekend.
If, upon checkout, you select Standard Mail as the method of post then we will always try to ship your order the same day, if all items are in stock and you place your order before 3.30pm. However this is not guaranteed, some days may be busier than others, especially Mondays. On these days we will prioritise Courier and Special Delivery orders and there is a chance your Standard Mail item may not leave. If in doubt, and you need your in stock item the next day, choose one of our Courier services " or "Special Delivery" at checkout. Otherwise you can always call us to let us know you really need your item despatched and we will endeavour to help you out. We are pretty decent and will up the priority of your order if you just let us know you need it.
Please note, when selecting Standard Mail, dependant on the value of your order, we may send via one of three Postal Methods (All Royal Mail):
Orders under £10 will be sent by First Class Post
Order between £10 and £50 will be sent First Class Recorded
Order over £50 will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked
If you require the items to be delivered guaranteed before 1pm next working day, then you must checkout and pay for your order before 3.30pm, and select Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day. All items in your basket must be in stock. The live stock levels are available on the individual item pages. (Unless you are in a mobile template on a mobile phone). The "quantity available for immediate despatch" is our current on site stock level.
All orders for Most Close European Countries (France, Germany, Holland, Belgium etc) are sent Via DPD Classic Courier Service or ParcelForce Euro Priority, depending on the prices on the day. This is a 2-8 Day service dependant on your location. Typically for France, Germany, Netherlands Etc you can expect your package on the second or third day from date of despatch. The service is fully tracked and a tracking link will be sent to your registered email address.
All Orders for the rest of the Europe (Portugal, Spain, Italy, Etc) and the world are sent Royal Mail Signed For International Airmail, except for Countries we have chosen not to ship to - the webstore will tell you if we ship to your location.
Due to high numbers of fraudulent orders, We No Longer ship to:
Poland, Romania, Hungary, Finland, Estonia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bosnia, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Italy
We aim to process all orders within 1 - 5 working days (Excluding weekends, bank holidays and National holidays).
Please note, if you do not provide a valid email address or contact phone number when creating your account, it makes it difficult for us to contact you if a problem should arise.
We will never use your contact details for any sales calls, only to discuss your order, so please make our life easier by giving us the means to contact you.
if you checkout as a guest, you may not be able to access your tracking number for your shipment, as this is stored in your account. If this is the case and you need to know where your tracked item is , please just give us a call and we can let you know the info immediately.

We reserve the right to send the items out untracked, tracked or Special Delivery, dependent upon the total value of your order - regardless of which shipping method you have chosen when using one of our free shipping coupon codes or discount voucher codes.
Returns & Exchanges

You may return your goods any time for any reason within 7 days of receipt for a no quibble refund of the full purchase price.
If you would like to make use of our 7 day refund policy, or if you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason, please contact us with your order details and we will endeavour to resolve any issue you may have.
If the items are to be returned then please state clearly why you are returning the parcel and whether you require exchange goods or a refund or a credit. Please note however, that when sending a return, the parcel is YOUR responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend therefore that you send it registered post. Your statutory rights are not affected by these statements.
We process returns as soon as they arrive, except during extremely busy periods when there may be a short delay. Please note that credit card refunds can only be given to the original payer.
We do not cover the costs of your return items unless by prior arrangement.
If returning unopened, unwanted items for a refund, we do not refund original shipping costs.
Should you be returning items from an industry or education establishment as a result of an error on your behalf, a 20% handling charge (minimum charge £2.00) will be levied against the credit raised on your account
