Shipping and Returns

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

Shipping

If purchasing an in-stock item we will NORMALLY ship the same day if ordered before 3.30pm.

If, upon checkout, you select Standard Mail as the method of post then we will always try to ship your order the same day, if all items are instock and you place your order before 3.30pm. However this is not guaranteed, some days may be busier than others, especially Mondays. On these days we will prioritise Special Delivery orders and there is a chance your Standard Mail item may not leave. If in doubt, and you need your in stock item the next day, choose Special Delivery at checkout. Otherwise you can always call us to let us know you really need your item despatched and we will endevour to help you out.

Please note, when selecting Standard Mail, dependant on the value of your order, we may send via one of three Postal Methods. Your order may be sent as either First Class post, First Class Recorded (requires signature) and Royal Mail Next Day Tracked (No Signature Required).

When choosing Standard Mail - keep this in mind - Although the Royal Mail currently report that 98% of all items reach their destination for next working day delivery, they actually quote a 1 - 5 day delivery time frame. Please keep this in mind when choosing this service. If you NEED your items - then the guaranteed Special Delivery Service is by far the best option.

If you require the items to be delivered guaranteed before 1pm next working day, then you must checkout and pay for your order before 3.30pm, and select Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day. All items in your basket must be in stock. The live stock levels are available on the individual item pages. The "quantity available for immediate despatch" is our current on site stock level. If you order items for the RM Special Delivery Service when they are shown to be out of stock on our website then we will not refund any portion of the postage cost.

If your item is sent by a tracked service, you will have tracking number available to you within your account, if you check out as a Guest you will not have access to this function as you have not created an account.

Order Notes

Unfortunately we cannot accept requests for alternate delivery addresses by means of placing a note on your order. Similarly we cannot request that the Postman leaves the item anywhere other than the designated delivery address, by means of order notes. We dont have any contact with your Postman. We can be as flexible as possible however, if you contact us by phone as soon as possible after placing your order.

All orders for Europe are sent Via Royal Mail Airmail Small Packets and again are priced by weight.

We aim to process all orders within 1 - 5 working days (Excluding weekends, bank holidays and National holidays).

Please note, if you do not provide a valid email address or contact phone number when creating your account, then we will not be held liable to track items for you also we will not refund any portion of postage costs or refund on goods to customers without valid contact details, even if you then subsequently contact us after an issue has arisen.

Periodical Free Shipping Offers

We reserve the right to send the items out untracked, tracked or Special Delivery, dependant upon the total value of your order - regardless of which shipping method you have chosen when using one of our free shipping coupon codes or discount voucher codes.

Returns & Exchanges

Our returns policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If you have any specific queries regarding our returns policy please email sales@relchron.com or call us on +44 (0) 1592 572091.

You may return your goods any time for any reason within 7 days of receipt for a no quibble refund of the full purchase price. 

If you would like to make use of our 7 day refund policy, or if you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason, please contact us with your order details and we will endeavour to resolve any issue you may have. 

If the items are to be returned then please state clearly why you are returning the parcel and whether you require exchange goods or a refund or a credit. Please note however, that when sending a return, the parcel is YOUR responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend therefore that you send it registered post. Your statutory rights are not affected by these statements.

We process returns as soon as they arrive, except during extremely busy periods when there may be a short delay. Please note that credit card refunds can only be given to the original payer.
