Slide Bearing Assembly for 2020 Aluminium Profile

This is a great cost-effective way of creating moving parts on your aluminium profile frame and is very handy if you are building a 3d printer as it can be used to mount the print head.
Can also be used to create an XY table for CNC machines
The assembly has 4 bearings mounted to eccentric nuts. The first thing you need to do is to loosen the screws on the rear of the unit, this allows the assy to slide onto the channels of the profile more easily without damaging the delrin material of the rollers. A 3mm allen key is required to loosen the screws.
Once the assembly has been slid into position on the profile gently tighten the screws back up so the rollers lightly grip the extrusion evenly and the assembly slides back and forth easily.

There are 5 mounting holes to allow you to attach motors etc. Each hole is pre-threaded with an M5 thread
