  • We do not ship at the weekend. If you place your order after 2:00pm on a Friday, it will not be shipped until Monday.
  • If purchasing an in-stock item we will NORMALLY ship the same day if ordered before 2.00pm on a weekday.
  • Available shipping methods and their costs will be generated by our systems dependent on the products you have selected and the shipping destination. Not all shipping methods may be available to your destination.
  • We MAY ship your order by an alternative method at no extra cost to yourself. If, for example, you have chosen Royal Mail, we may send this by untracked 1st Class, or upgrade to a Tracked24 or Tracked48 service depending on goods value.
  • We aim to process all orders within 1 – 5 working days (Excluding weekends, bank holidays and National holidays).
  • Please note, if you do not provide a valid email address or contact phone number when creating your account, it makes it difficult for us to contact you if a problem should arise.
  • We will never use your contact details for any sales calls, only to discuss your order, so please make our life easier by giving us the means to contact you.
  • if you check out as a guest, you may not be able to access your tracking number for your shipment, as this is stored in your account. If this is the case and you need to know where your tracked item is, please just give us a call and we can let you know the info immediately.

  • We have an order comments section in the checkout, you can use this to pass us a note, but please ensure that any super urgent notes are followed up by an email or phone call as we tend not to look at these until shipping – they are mostly used by business customers for PO numbers – and we MAY miss it!

You may return your goods any time for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a no quibble refund of the full purchase price.

If you would like to make use of our 14-day refund policy, or if you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason, please contact us with your order details and we will endeavour to resolve any issue you may have.

If the items are to be returned then please state clearly why you are returning the parcel and whether you require exchange goods or a refund or a credit. Please note however, that when sending a return, the parcel is YOUR responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend therefore that you send it registered post. Your statutory rights are not affected by these statements.

We process returns as soon as they arrive, except during extremely busy periods when there may be a short delay. Please note that credit card refunds can only be given to the original payer.

We do not cover the costs of your return items unless by prior arrangement.

If returning unopened, unwanted items for a refund, we do not refund original shipping costs.

Should you be returning items from an industry or education establishment as a result of an error on your behalf, a 20% handling charge (minimum charge £2.00) will be levied against the credit raised on your account.
