Motor Controllers
A Motor Controller is a device that acts as an intermediary between your microcontroller, batteries, and motors. Motor controllers are necessary because a microcontroller can usually only provide a small amount of current, which generally won't be enough. Most actuators (DC motors, DC gear motors, servo motors etc.) require at least a couple of Amps, but depending on the device, could be many Amps.
