Description
Crystal Oscillators
A crystal oscillator circuit uses the natural frequency of resonance of a piece of a piezoelectric crystal to produce an electrical signal of a very precise frequency.
This output can be used in real-time clock circuits, counters, and as the clock signal of an integrated circuit.
