Ever need to fine-tune an oscillator circuit or RF filter? It can be tricky and repetitive switching out capacitors on a PCB.
The Qwiic Digital Capacitor, complete with the NCD2400M IC, is a fabulous solution. Simply solder the nibs onto any 0603 or 0402 footprints, plug in a Qwiic cable and RedBoard, and change the capacitance from within your code.
With the SparkFun Qwiic Digital Capacitor Arduino Library, you can easily set and get the capacitance of the IC from 1.7 up to 200pF. You can also set the configuration mode, shunt or series, and make writes to volatile or non-volatile memory.
This board is one of our many Qwiic compatible boards! Simply plug and go. No soldering, no figuring out which is SDA or SCL, and no voltage regulation or translation required!
We do not plan to regularly produce SparkX products so get them while they’re hot!
