Large PCB Prototype Manufacturing Service 250mm X 250mm

Using this service you can get 5 double sided PCB boards, up to 250mm x 250mm made by a professional fabrication house, with a green solder mask and white silk screen.
The boards will be made at the same factory where we get our prototype boards made, so we know the quality is high, and all boards are 100% E-Tested at the factory.
These Prototype Boards are finished with HASL. Please send a ZIP file containing the following files to technical@proto-pic.co.uk :

Gerber files must be RS-274x format, and the drill file must be in Excellon format.
 
Please double check your layout and files as your boards will be made to the files you send us.
 
Specifications:
Board Dimension (max) is 250mm x 250mm

You may panelize your design (or multi designs) on the 250x250 board, BUT these will not be routed out, you will have to cut them yourself.
This service will take around 15 working days.

Please note : A manufacturing number will be added to the silk screen - this is so we can find your boards from the factory.
This is a PROTOTYPING service - the finish may not be up to a production standard (but they will be fully functional) - if you require production boards
